FieldCloser is a RAG AI assistant for HVAC service providers.
Given a one-line diagnosis from a technician (e.g. “15-year-old 13 SEER AC system, compressor drawing high amps, repair cost not economical compared to replacement), the tool generates 3-5 options for solving the issue, ranging in cost from a “Band-Aid” solution to a “Premium-Plus” option.
The tool generates a .pdf with the formatted solution options describing the work to be done, the new parts or equipment, any add-ons or upsells, and the warranty and membership terms that each repair will make them eligible for.
Also generated is a sales script which uses the price anchoring and objection handling to help the technician present the options to the customer in a manner which increases the likelihood of selling a more fully-featured solution.
The tool aims to save technician time in assembling the service options, and allow for standardization of sales methodologies across entire companies.
